Satya Circle (Truth Gathering)

Satya Circle. Otherwise known as truth gathering.

Join us once a month for this free event for discussion about our current affairs in a way that is non-judgemental and supportive. How do we navigate our external world to not cause imbalance in our inner world? We will use Yogic Philosophy in a way to gain tools for everyday ease in our lives .

This is a non movement class that will have brief meditation and breathwork to support our subject which will constantly change.

This is open to EVERYONE. Let's come together building strength in community to find Peace.
