A Pop-up Penn’s Tavern Paddle!

Appalachian Kayak presents the Penn’s Tavern Paddle. Kayak to the beautiful and historic Penn’s Tavern Restaurant and enjoy a cold drink and delicious food!

Where: Penn’s Tavern Restaurant, 113 River Rd, Route 147 Sunbury, PA 17801

We will meet at Penn’s Tavern at 2:00. Please park at the south end of the lot. If you are just getting shuttle service, I will help you load your boat on my trailer. We will drive up-river to Shady Nook and you will float back down. It is 4.5 miles. Rental includes boat, paddle, life vest and orientation.

* The length of time you are on the water depends on wind, current and how much you paddle. You may have the boat for up to 3 hours. This trip can easily be done in less than that. Please take a watch or a phone.
