Fit & Fun at Salem Church

Join us for a 6-week session of Fit and Fun, held at the Salem Church, select Monday's at 11 am. Experience the ultimate full-body workout with Fit & Fun! This beginner-friendly class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. It Incorporates cardio, strength and core movements with music that will have you feeling strong and energized. With options that are tailored to your fitness level, you'll be sure to have a blast. A suggested $5 donation is requested for this class.
