Boost your well-being with free Community Tai Chi at the Seguin Public Library! Led by Barry Jackson, PT, DPT from GRMC’s Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit, this gentle movement class is perfect for all experience levels from first-timers to seasoned practitioners.

Improve balance, flexibility, and mindfulness in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

This class is free, open to the public, and intended for adults only. No experience needed and all are welcome!
