FutureView Multimedia, in partnership with the Sedona International Film Festival, present the Tech Savvy for Seniors: Artificial Intelligence workshop on Saturday, Aug. 30 at 11:00 a.m. at the Mary D. Fisher Theatre.
Step into the enchanting red-rock future right here in Sedona! Designed especially for curious folk who may have only tinkered with A.I. or not at all! This upbeat 90-minute live workshop gently lifts the curtain on today’s most helpful artificial-intelligence tools—no prior tech savvy knowledge required. Discover how today’s A.I. can make daily tasks easier, spark creativity, and keep you connected.

What to expect:
• A warm welcome and plain-English definitions — We will help demystify buzzwords like “chatbot,” “image generator,” and “large language model.”
• Live stage demos — Real-time experiments as we ask A.I. to draft suggestions from the audience. Both free and premium A.I. websites are showcased, so you know what’s possible before you spend a dime.
• Hands-on exploration — Bring your phone, tablet or laptop if you’d like; we will help willing explorers log in to at least one friendly A.I. app and try a prompt themselves.
• Q&A simplified — Every question is welcome! We focus on the joy of discovery and practical everyday wins.
• Take-home goodies — leave with a printed copy of the full slide deck, a resource cheat-sheet, and a chance to win free tickets to next month’s session.
