We open with a powerful breath journey led by founder Jennifer Richards—whose own healing story sparked Sedona Hot Yoga back in 2010—then glide into a deep, fully immersive sound experience guided by gong master Jason Radd. Expect your nervous system to downshift, your mood to lift, and your whole body to hum.

7 hand-crafted gongs, including five Tone of Life gongs by Johannes Heimrath (18" · 20" · 22" · 36" and more): forged from nickel-silver and hand-hammered for a long, controllable sustain and a rich overtone bloom. We’ll blend elemental voices—Water depth and Air/Cosmo shimmer—to move from grounding fundamentals into spacious, sparkling harmonics.
28 Crystal and Tibetan bowls — a curated set of high-purity German crystal bowls plus Tibetan singing bowls: luminous, precisely tuned layers that fill the room and wrap the body in tone.
