What Is This Practice?
This is not another “healing session.”
This is a rewiring of your nervous system through JOY, sovereignty, and sacred presence — so that your life becomes a living altar.
Through the spiral alchemy of Light, Sound, and Movement, you’ll awaken the dormant codes within your body, voice, and cellular memory.
Together we will:
Rewire into JOY — establish trust, safety, and allowance as the baseline of your being.
Sonic Excavation + Awaken Light Codes — use sound, toning, and vocal play to clear stagnant timelines from the cells.
Breath, Movement + Voice Power — embody your I AM presence through simple but powerful practices that merge breath with sound and flow.
JOY Convergence Celebration — a community expression of dance, song, and soul-play to anchor the frequency of joy into Sedona and beyond.
Why This Work?
Many of us carry old “sound files” in our bodies: ancestral imprints, suppressed voices, and trauma patterns.
This practice offers a safe, playful, and powerful way to liberate those echoes — and to replace them with the frequency of joy, love, and embodied truth.

How It Works
Format: 4 weekly sessions (5–7pm, Aug 27 • Sept 3 • Sept 10 • Sept 17) at Humankind Center, Sedona.
Energy Exchange: 4-Session Bundle $122 • Drop-In $44 • Livestream $11.
Flow: Each session builds on the last, but drop-ins are always welcome. Every class is designed to stand alone — so whether you come once or journey all 4 weeks, you’ll receive a full-body activation that supports you in the moment.
