Set Your Intentions Guided Meditation

Each class starts with a guided breathing technique for relaxation, then moves into the guided meditation, followed by time for integration and questions. Each week we will rotate through a different topic, for example, deep relaxation, stress relief, self-healing and self-love, somatic energy balancing, and prosperity.

Both new and experienced meditators are welcome.

There is no cost to attend, but donations are welcome.

About the instructor

Karen is a healer, an intuitive, a guided meditation facilitator, and an artisan. She is a third generation energy healer, and she was taught energy healing from a very young age by family members. She has been studying the healing arts professionally since 1983, and practices at Stone's Throw Gifts and Songbird Healing Center in Cotati, in addition to Soft Medicine. In today’s hectic world, Karen feels that it is more important than ever to meditate to remain centered and stay in the light.
