Reset and Renew: Sound Healing with Meditation

This month we welcome The Celestial Voice (Suzanne Smith) who will facilitate the 12 pm and 3 pm sessions. Suzanne will lead a short guided meditation and play a variety of instruments:

Gongs

Crystal and Tibetan bowls

A 32 String

Monochord

Hand Pan

Small Hand Held Instruments

Suzanne will combine this soundscape with Channeled Voice for the 1st and last half hour and will close the session toning the chakras.
