The Master Food Preservers will be here this Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. to test your pressure gauges and answer your questions. Stop by and get your gauge tested for free! Pressure canners with only a dial gauge need to be tested annually to ensure the dial gauge is accurate. If your dial gauge is not accurate, it is not correctly reading pressure, resulting in under or over-processing and unsafe food.
