Fall Prevention Screening

Determine if you are at risk for falling by completing a series of simple physical and cognitive tests designed to assess your balance, strength, and mobility. Understanding your risk factors empowers you to take preventive steps through exercises, home safety modifications, and lifestyle changes.

Screening performed by a team of professionals including John Johnson. John is a retired physical therapist assistant and former FallProof! instructor.

He is a volunteer "master trainer" for the Matter of Balance fall prevention program in Sonoma County, administered by the Adult & Aging Division of the County Human Services Department.

Screening is by appointment only. Expect to be there for 45mins. Wischemann Hall is a GREEN venue, you are welcomed to bring your own water bottle.
