Sunday Supper Series with Andy Catalano

Join us November 16th in the Shelburne Pub and experience a special dinner with local chef Andy Catalano as he takes over for the evening! This original four course meal will be inspired by the region of Lombardia, and features hyper-local ingredients artfully prepared by chef Andy himself.

About The Chef: Andy started his professional life in food on an organic farm in Italy in 2005. Through years cooking in kitchens from New York City to Portland to Astoria, Andy has maintained this farm-to-table ethos and considers cooking a profound expression of place. To that end, he uses only the best and most responsibly raised local ingredients from the North Coast whenever possible.
