Toddler Yoga Class at PNA

Children ages 1-4 will participate in 30min themed classes with opportunities to move, stretch, breathe, and rest--with lots of giggles.

Classes are led by Danielle Beiling MPH, a Ballard mom of two and certified children’s yoga instructor.

Caregivers of 1-2 year olds are required to participate. Caregivers of independent 3-4 year olds may participate or stay on premises.

Come on time to settle in before class.

$10/student/class. Payment is due upon arrival via cash or venmo.

Yoga squares provided for participants. You are also welcome to bring your favorite yoga supplies.
