Known for producing the nation’s largest sound bath events, we’ve gathered thousands across San Francisco, Los Angeles, and New York to experience music not just as entertainment, but as a pathway to a deep state of ease.

Sound Meditation (often known as ‘sound healing’) is the practice of listening to soothing sounds to reach profound states of clarity and relaxation. It opens up deep meditative states that are usually unreachable without considerable effort.

During the event, participants (mostly laying down) are bathed head to toe in sound— it's a very hypnotic, ethereal experience.

You will come away with a clear mind, and a deeper appreciation for the wonder of sound. We strongly recommend this event for people who have trouble meditating, or feel like they just "can't get there." Give this a try 🙂.

Sound Meditation Presents promotes the practice of using sound as a way to affect physical health and conscious awareness.

We're excited to be coming to St. Mark’s Cathedral, a Seattle landmark since 1928 with awe-inspiring acoustics that make it a natural home for this kind of work. The evening will weave together ancient instruments, modern soundscapes, and the cathedral’s own resonant space to create a truly one-of-a-kind experience.

This debut features Guy Douglas, Simona Asinovski, and Russell Feingold — with more musicians to be announced.

Our sound bath starts at 8pm, but all guests are asked to arrive between 7 and 7:30pm if possible. Doors will close promptly at 8pm.

You can wear anything that's comfortable. Bring a bottle of water because that's always a good idea.

We recommend bringing:

- a yoga mat

- (optional) a pillow

- (optional) a blanket or two.

- water!

Our events do get full, and we do encourage people to get close to one another. That being said, you're always free to claim more personal space 🙂
