The Self Care Lab: Paint your own Clay Oil Lamp

Join us for a creative evening of painting clay oil lamps, small vessels of light traditionally used in India during the Festival of Lights. In this workshop, we’ll explore how light can be a symbol of hope, renewal, and inner peace—no matter where you come from.

This is less about making “art” and more about slowing down, expressing yourself, and enjoying the meditative rhythm of painting in community. As you design your own lamp, you’ll be invited to reflect on the light you want to nurture within yourself and share with others.
