step into balance and new beginnings with soulful flow yoga. on the evening of tuesday, october 21st, 2025, from 6–8 pm, we’ll gather at lululemon university village to honor the energy of the new moon and the shifting season of the fall equinox.

this 2-hour gathering will weave together soulful movement, meditation, intention-setting, and community connection. together we’ll create space to release what no longer serves and plant seeds for the cycle ahead.
