We’re bringing Seattle Eats to the stage for a special live recording with culinary superstars J. Kenji López-Alt and Rachel Belle on Monday, November 10 at 7:30pm at Town Hall Seattle.

Alongside host Tan Vinh, they’ll dish out tips for navigating Seattle’s deliciously eclectic food scene — from the best steakhouse in town, to how to recreate your favorite takeout at home, to where to impress a first date with stellar seafood.

Tan Vinh, food and drink writer for The Seattle Times. Tan has won numerous regional and national awards for restaurant criticism and most recently took first place for excellence in food writing from the Society for Features Journalism.

Rachel Belle is the host of Your Last Meal, a James Beard Award finalist for best podcast, host of the Emmy-nominated Cascade PBS TV show The Nosh with Rachel Belle, author of the cookbook Open Sesame and an Editor At-Large at Seattle Cascade PBS.

J. Kenji López-Alt is a renowned chef, food scientist, and culinary innovator best known for The New York Times best seller “The Food Lab” and his scientific approach to cooking. A James Beard Award winner and the former Serious Eats culinary director, he currently co-hosts the podcast "The Recipe" along with Smitten Kitchen’s Deb Perelman and is on a mission to visit and review every teriyaki shop in Seattle.
