Lou is a poet, a lover of music and life, a cancer fighter, a Special Olympics volunteer, a costume enthusiast, a thoughtful gift-giver, and above all, a creator of community. Through Lou, I’ve been lucky to meet an incredible group of friends here in Washington—and we also celebrate our shared South Bay, California roots and family connections.

Come dressed in your best 70s attire—let’s connect, dance, and celebrate this amazing, loving man!
📝 Special Touches:
Bring a printed poem written in honor of Lou. We’ll be creating a keepsake book of all your poems and memories.
There may even be a “Best of the 70s” contest with prizes!
Food will be available for purchase, and we’ll provide desserts.
