Learn how to make the perfect Italian method macarons from start to finish. This class covers everything from preparing the Italian meringue to mastering proper macronage and achieving batch consistency.
You will also learn to reduce waste by turning discard egg yolks into a silky French buttercream.
Each participant will leave with over a dozen assorted macarons and the recipes to recreate them at home.
No refunds for this class, but you can give your ticket to a friend or family member if you cannot use it.
