This weekend will give us the opportunity to build our connection with one another, give you an introduction to the program and plant the seeds of intention for our journey.
Monthly Playtime - 7 Saturdays (10 am-5 pm PT)

These monthly gatherings are the heart of the program - where we connect, tune in and explore together. We will play with the various InterPlay forms and tools and engage in personalized focus sessions. This is where we get to intentionally weave the wisdom of our body into our lives.
