With years of experience, Marietta has been teaching Twerk since 2019 and has a knack for breaking down movement. Dive into the history and sizzling techniques of twerking as we get those hips moving and cheeks bouncing! Twerking is not just a blast; it’s a fantastic workout that’s great for cardio, boosts your mood, builds confidence, strengthens your core, enhances flexibility, improves circulation, balances your body, and promotes better posture.
In this twerkshop, you’ll learn:
- How to pop up and down like a pro!
- How to jiggle and wobble with confidence!
- How to flex those hidden muscles and unleash your pelvis.
