The journey gently lands in a live sound healing set, featuring soulful vocals and soothing guitar, creating a space for integration, rest, and heart-opening presence.
Bio: Cedar Roots explores music that rekindles the heart and speaks to the soul — blending the raw, earthy sounds of folk with the driving beats of electronic and world music. Their performances invite listeners to explore life and personal liberation in a unique and powerful way. As song circle facilitators, they create welcoming spaces that celebrate the beauty of finding harmony through the voice.
Sophia is a musician and international facilitator of holistic health practices, focusing on a somatic approach to restoring resilient vitality.
Galloway is an event and music producer/DJ, facilitating experiences that inspire and build community connection. He sees music as medicine, with the power to uplift, shift, and return us to our original state as blissful beings.
Together, Galloway and Sophia produce Vibestown Festival (vibesmusicfestival.com), offer somatic prayer through their app Somatic Prayer, and tour internationally with their musical collaboration, Cedar Roots.

Description: Begin your journey with Cedar Roots in a heart-opening Somatic Song Circle. We’ll start with gentle somatic vocal and embodiment practices to awaken the breath, relax the body, and open the voice. From this grounded space, we’ll move into singing heart-centred call-and-response songs; simple, soulful melodies that invite connection, joy, and the beauty of shared voices.
