This holiday season, NAWMBA celebrates a decade of spreading joy and fostering meaningful connections through our annual "Carols & Connection" outreach initiative. Each year, NAWMBA professionals come together to bring warmth and cheer to local nursing homes, sharing the gift of song with residents who may otherwise feel forgotten during the holiday season.
For the past 10 years, our members have led the charge in offering not only holiday carols but also heartfelt conversations, creating moments of genuine connection with the individuals we serve. Through our music, we honor the stories of the elderly, uplift their spirits, and remind them that they are deeply valued members of our community.
This program is more than just caroling; it’s a demonstration of NAWMBA’s commitment to leadership, service, and compassion. It reflects the power of professional women coming together to impact lives and create lasting memories. By combining leadership with service, our members not only bring holiday cheer, but also offer hope, love, and recognition to those who need it most.
