This restorative yoga experience invites you to journey through the seven chakras, the body’s radiant energy centers, to reconnect with your inner light. Through gentle, supported postures, breathwork, and guided meditation, you’ll release energetic blockages and invite balance, harmony, and renewal.
Each pose will be paired with intentional color, sound, or affirmation to awaken the subtle body and help your light shine brighter through the darkest nights of the year. Come rest, realign, and remember the light that’s always within you.

-Cancellations more than 7 days before the event: Full refund minus a 10% non-refundable deposit to cover administrative costs.
-Cancellations 3-7 days before the event: 50% refund or credit toward a future event of your choice. A courtesy cancellation must be done by email (

-Cancellations less than 3 days before the event: No refund, but you may transfer your ticket to a friend or family member with prior approval. Alternatively, we may offer a credit for a future event, at our discretion.
-No-Shows: No refund or credit will be issued for no-shows.
For any emergencies or extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
Event Transfers: If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your registration to a future event if space is available, but please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This can only be done 1 time, repeat transfer requests will not be accepted, no refund or credit will be issued.
