August Yin and Restore Bi-Monthly

A deeply relaxing and restorative Yin Yoga session. Floor based stretches held for 3 minutes to aid flexibility. Use of props to support the joints. A mindful meditative practice including lots of information about TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), Qi, acupressure points, Meridian pathways and holistic health.
