Mindful Meditation & Soundbath Monday

Enjoy a mindfulness meditation along with peaceful sound healing. The crystal sound bowls, Himalayan Bowls and other vibrational instruments will help soothe your nervous system, release stress and tension, and nourish the mind, body and spirit. This is the ultimate way to relax, de-stress, invite clarity in, and practice self-care.

Please refrain from wearing strong scents such as perfume and cologne.

What to bring:

A yoga mat
We will have chairs as well as large pillows & floor seating

A small blanket or throw to be comfortable

Eye mask if you have one
