4 Day Football Course @ JOHN LEGGOTT COLLEGE, SCUNTHORPE
Courses are available to both boys and girls of any ability between the age of 6 - 13
Times for the course are 10.00 – 15.00.
With this length of course comes a freedom to really develop facets of the sport and ensure participants come away with new and improved skills.
A typical day will run with:
10.00 – 10.15 Player arrival and registration
10.15 – 11.30 Technical skills and SAQ warm up practicing running/jumping technique as well as individual ball work related to the days technical topic
11.30 – 11.45 Drinks Break
11.45 – 12.45 Fun games designed and developed to challenge the topic of the day in a competitive but non match like environment
12.45 – 13.15 Lunchtime
13.15 – 14.00 4v4 Style matches putting players in specific games designed to challenge and promote the use and inclusion of the topic of the day
14.00 – 15.00 Mini Sided Games giving the players a chance to utilise practised skilled in a match situation but whilst ensuring many touches of the ball
