What to Bring:

Yoga mat, bolster pillows, and eye masks are provided, please bring your favourite pillow & blanket, anything that makes you feel comfortable.

Please arrive hydrated, I will provide bottles of water for everyone at the session and please don't arrive any earlier than 5 minutes before the event is due to start. This ensures I have enough time to make a safe space for you.

Not suitable for:

1st Trimester pregnancy, electrical medical implants, pacemaker, cochlear ear implants or epilepsy.
