🎄 Mental Elf 5K Festive Fun Run – North Lincolnshire 🎄Sunday 30th November 2025 | Central Park, Scunthorpe

Lace up your running shoes and join us for our first-ever Mental Elf Festive Fun Run! This family-friendly 5K is the perfect way to kick off the festive season while raising awareness and vital funds for mental health support in North Lincolnshire.

🏃‍♀️ Walk, jog, skip, or dance your way around the 5K route – whether you’re a seasoned runner or prefer a gentle stroll, this event is perfect for all ages and abilities (children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult). Well-behaved dogs on leads are also welcome!

🎅 Christmas fancy dress is very much encouraged – dig out your most festive outfit and join us for a great cause! The more sparkle and tinsel, the better – but it’s not essential.

Mental Elf is about more than fundraising – it’s about bringing people together, promoting mental wellbeing, building community connections, and celebrating the positive impact of physical activity.

We know Christmas can be a joyful time, but it can also be especially hard for those struggling with their mental health. By taking part, you’ll be helping North Lincolnshire Mind provide vital local services – from late-night phone support to peer groups – ensuring no one has to face a mental health problem alone.
