Enjoy a relaxed 3-hour evening, starting with a refreshing Japanese-inspired mocktail – Cherry Blossom.

🐟 Sesame Crusted Tuna Tataki with wasabi purée & ponzu sauce
🥒 Sunomomo - Japanese cucumber salad with garlic, soy & vinegar dressing
🦆 Duck Breast with an orange-infused teriyaki glaze
🍙 Fillet Onigiri - deep-fried seasoned rice squares topped with rare fillet steak slices
🍐 Sake Poached Pear served with dark chocolate sauce & raspberries!
