A Restorative Evening of Deep Rest & Sound Healing ✨
For the woman who feels physically burnt out, mentally depleted, and too exhausted for even small talk at the end of the week...this is for you.
This 2 hour end-of-month restorative experience invites you to completely unwind and be held. Picture yourself sinking into soft pillows and warm blankets as your body gently releases tension through slow, mindful movement, deep stillness, and calming breath work.
As you settle, the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls will bathe your cells in sound, clearing stagnant energy and washing away heaviness. You’ll be guided into a deeply restful Theta brainwave state (4–7hz) the realm between wake and sleep where true healing, creativity and intuition can flourish.
We’ll close with a soothing cup of herbal relaxation tea to gently bring you back, grounded and renewed.
