A 45 minute class to soak up the extremely healing light rays first thing in the morning. A class to wake-up, mobilise and energise all parts of your being to support you for the day and beyond. Class includes breathwork, meditation, stretches and a lovely relaxation to finish. Suitable for all levels!

This class is on Bull's Field, Bottesford. There is a perfect part of the field, on the hill, where we can face the rising sun and feel immersed in the lovely natural space around us. Please bring your own mat.
