Starting back 29th April, this 90 minute meditative practice utilises props to fully support you to cultivate conscious relaxation and deep rest - (someone pressed the reset button). Layered with silence, breathwork & visualisation to focus deeply within.

Absolutely perfect for anyone with a chronic health condition especially those who feel stress, anxiety, frazzled, exhausted, burnt out or feels disconnected to their body.
