Autumn Big Leaflet Drop

This autumn, we’re more excited than ever to share the fresh, new changes to Image Therapy with both new and returning members. Whether they’ve never heard of us or are feeling a little apprehensive about coming back, we want everyone to know just how supportive, inspiring — and now even better — our groups really are.

2025 has been an incredible year of weight loss success for many, but there are still people waiting to find their way back to us. And there’s still plenty of time for them to make a real difference to their journey before the year ends.

We know that busy, buzzing groups are the most successful — and this autumn, we’re coming together as a full team to make that happen!

We’re asking if you can support us on the 17th August from10am–12pm, to take part in a team leaflet drop across the community.

Afterwards, we’ll celebrate with a Slimming World–style lunch, a free raffle, and a chance for Ant, Jane, Tina, Roz, Amanda and Sasha — to say a massive well done and thank you for all your hard work and support.
