🎨Art Journaling Workshop

📅Saturday 2 August, 10am to 12pm

Explore the creative and mindful world of art journaling in this engaging workshop. Using drawing, painting, writing and collage, you'll express yourself on the page while learning techniques to reduce stress and spark imagination.

You'll be guided through the creation of two expressive journal pages—starting with a painted or collaged background, then layering imagery and finishing with uplifting words or messages.

Each participant will receive their own art journal to work in during the session—and take home at the end, ready to continue their creative journey.

Please wear clothing suitable for working with glue and paint. Suitable for ages 12+
