Step into the world of real paranormal investigation during this exclusive, hands-on experience at the historic and haunted Catlin House.

This extremely limited event offers a rare opportunity to investigate side-by-side with Mike and Chris from the Wraith Chasers. Ever wondered what goes into prepping for an investigation? Now’s your chance to find out.

You and your small team will work directly with Mike and Chris to:

🎥 Set up audio and video feeds

📡 Establish overwatch monitoring stations

📝 Receive and complete assigned tasks throughout the night

As the night unfolds, your team will document experiences, monitor equipment, and take part in structured investigations throughout the property.

Important Event Information:

• 🚫 This is an 18+ event only.

• 🚶‍♂️ This is a walking tour. There are no elevators and you will be required to use stairs.

• 👟 Appropriate footwear is required. No high heels, flip-flops, or sandals will be permitted.

• 🌡️ Some areas of the Catlin House do not have air conditioning, so please dress accordingly.

• 🍕 Pizza and drinks (soda and water) are included with your ticket. Snacks and additional beverages (soda and water) will be available throughout the evening.

• 🚗 Parking is available behind the Catlin House and along the street.

• 🎟️ Tickets must be purchased in advance using our secure ticket link. No tickets will be sold at the door.

• ❌ There are no refunds unless the event is canceled by the host.

• 🍻 If you appear to be intoxicated, you will be asked to leave without a refund.
