About the event

Open Sparring
Good Tree MMA will be hosting a sparring day for our students and invited schools! Rounds will start at 12 p.m. Both Striking and MMA rounds will be available.

For Good Tree MMA students, a black stripe is required to participate in this event.

For students of other schools, if you are not sure if this event is for you, please speak with your coach.
