Join the Y Wellbeing Initiative and the Caring Communities for Mental Health Program for Ink & Intention. 💛
Discover the power of slowing down and writing with purpose in a calming workshop that blends mindfulness meditation with reflective journaling.
Through guided meditation, learn to quiet the mind, cultivate presence, and connect with feelings of gratitude. Following this grounding practice, gentle journaling prompts will encourage self-expression, self-awareness, and emotional clarity.
