Kickstart your day and have fun in a supportive environment with music and silliness! Improve mobility, build strength & balance. Indoor/outdoor, wear layers, bring water. No floor work, no jumping. Use our chairs
for support.
We encourage a $3-5 free-will donation to continue offering this class or for those not members of OAOA.

Karen Ritter will make us laugh while waking us up and moving our bodies. Come to the greenhouse for this gentle movement class focusing on creating more flexibility, joint mobility, strength and endurance. We will utilize a chair and resistant loops to create resistance without strain. No jumping or floor work.
A class meant for every body.
