A little about me and Brightwork Consulting! My name is Rachel Moynihan, I majored in business and completed psychology and education in undergrad. I created Brightwork because change is hard. Someone needed to not just complain about the change they wanted to see in the world, but instead BE the change they want to see. That local businesses need to see can be accomplished outside of the corporate world. That's where Brightworks team comes into play, creating a structured and sustainable environment for your business to thrive and become all that you want it to be. While also supporting you as one business with a low cost, in comparison to the need of hiring multiple positions/businesses to assist in the troublesome aspects of business ownership! Brightwork strongly believes that small businesses, when they work together, can make a huge change. Our passion is to create solutions where everyone wins. There's no reason small businesses shouldn't be able to thrive with hard work and great staffing and good advice.
