Somatic Rhythms

Our signature Somatic Rhythms® classes encourage freeing, expansive dance movements that promote deep mind-body awareness, authentic physical expression, and a sense of joy and relaxation. In somatic dance, the focus is on what’s happening inside – in the body – rather than on performance and specific steps. Somatic dance & movements promote healing, restoration, and well-being. They have also been shown to reduce pain, anxiety, and stress – and to improve mood, sleep, flexibility, vitality, and fitness. The movements are enjoyable and, best of all, they feel wonderful!
