Promenade Fall Flow Wellness Mat Class

Wellness Day partnership with The Promenade Scottsdale shopping center. Whether you are a Pilates pro, or trying it out for the first time, this event is for YOU!

We will be raffling off an 8 pack of classes with a pair of grip socks!

Class is on Sunday, October 12 from 11:10am-11:50am in the lawn near Capital Grille! We encourage you to come early to grab a spot, mingle, and to scope out all of the raffle prizes!

Please bring: a mat, water, comfortable workout clothes, sun protection, a towel, and a friend!
