Mat will talk about the birds and other denizens of the parks and wild places of these Southern African countries. He will discuss the diversity, fascinating behaviors, and relationships of these birds to their incredible environments as well as conservation efforts to ensure their survival in an ever-changing landscape.

Mat Dry, author of the books THIS IS AFRICA: True Tales of a Safari Guide I and II, has been a safari guide (TIA Safaris) in Africa for over 18 years. He specializes in flora and fauna, notably birds and reptiles. Mat takes clients to the wilds of 14 different countries in East and Southern Africa.
