Step into a world of serenity and inner peace at this immersive sound healing experience, where the soothing sounds of the harp, crystal sound bowls, and ocean drum will transport you to a deep state of relaxation.

What to Expect:As you lie back and surrender to the vibrations, I will guide you on a sound journey using the harp, crystal sound bowls, and ocean drum. Each instrument is carefully chosen to create a harmonious soundscape that calms the nervous system, balances energy, and supports physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.

The harp offers a gentle, melodic frequency that helps to quiet the mind, while the crystal sound bowls provide cleansing vibrations to release tension and restore harmony. The ocean drum invokes the calming energy of the sea, grounding and soothing your spirit. Together, these instruments create an atmosphere of peace that encourages deep relaxation and renewal.

What to Wear:For the best experience, please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax fully. I recommend layers, as the space may be cool at first but warms up as the energy flows. Yoga mats and blankets will be provided but feel free to bring a pillow and eyemask to make yourself as comfortable as possible, as you’ll be lying down throughout the session.
