Full Moon Yoga Flow: Sturgeon Moon

Join us for a rejuvenating Yoga Flow class as we align with the energy of the Full Moon.

The experience will conclude with a sound bath to channel and amplify your newly awakened energy.

Whether you are a seasoned yogi or new to the mat, this class will leave you feeling grounded, empowered, and in harmony with the moon’s natural rhythms.
