Classic Beef Tartare with Grilled Crostini
Angel Hair Pasta tossed with Red Pepper Pesto and Grilled Vegetable Medley
Creamy Chicken Piccata with Wild Rice Pilaf and Glazed Herbed Carrots
Grilled Flank Steak with Shallot and Red Wine Vinegar Reduction, Roasted Garlic and Rosemary Potatoes, and Sautéed Green Bean Almondine
Strawberry Tart on Puff Pastry

About:
One of our few classes that does not incorporate hands-on cooking. Instead, guests sit down, meet our chef(s) and sommelier, and enjoy a five course dinner with specially paired wines. With each course, our head chef will talk about the food, while our sommelier will discuss the wine’s taste, variety, background, and vintage.
