Menu:
Grilled Polenta Fritter with Grilled Peaches, Caramelized Onions, Prosciutto, Pecorino Romano and Balsamic Reduction.
Thai Curry Mussels with Shrimp and White Rice
Grilled Chicken Thighs with Apricot, Sage, and Pistachio Chutney Served with Quinoa Pilaf and Roasted Root Vegetables
Rack of Lamb au Jus with Ratatouille and Duck Fat Fried Potatoes
French Cake Roll with Italian Buttercream and Raspberries

About:
One of our few classes that does not incorporate hands-on cooking. Instead, guests sit down, meet our chef(s) and sommelier, and enjoy a five course dinner with specially paired wines. With each course, our head chef will talk about the food, while our sommelier will discuss the wine’s taste, variety, background, and vintage.
