Prosciutto Wrapped Grilled Asparagus with Herb Goat Cheese, Lemon Hollandaise and Tomatoes Concassé
Thai Curry Mussels with Jasmine Rice
Pork Alla Milanese with Lemon Beurre Blanc and Braised Fennel
Steak au Poivre with Green Beans Bundles and Mascarpone Polenta
Strawberry Tart with Lemon Curd and Pastry Cream

About:
One of our few classes that does not incorporate hands-on cooking. Instead, guests sit down, meet our chef(s) and sommelier, and enjoy a five course dinner with specially paired wines. With each course, our head chef will talk about the food, while our sommelier will discuss the wine’s taste, variety, background, and vintage.
