Join me for a deeply nourishing workshop designed to bring you into alignment with the wisdom of your heart and mind. Using research-backed techniques from the HeartMath Institute, we will explore breathwork, visualization, and intentional awareness to cultivate heart-brain coherence—a state of balance that enhances clarity, resilience, and inner harmony. With the support of ceremonial cacao, we’ll deepen our connection to the present moment, creating space for intuition, emotional regulation, and a sense of wholeness.

Mats, bolsters, blankets, cups, and cacao will be provided for your comfort. Feel free to bring anything else that will enhance your experience, such as a journal, a favorite crystal, or an eye mask for deeper relaxation.
