The Santa Cruz Astronomy Club will meet Wednesday, December 10th, 7-9 pm in the Scotts Valley Municipal Water District conference room (Santa Margarita Community room) in Scotts Valley.
We will talk about recent and upcoming events: San Vicente Redwoods, Quail Hollow, Pigeon Point, Garland Ranch, and other events in the night sky and on the club calendar. We will have elections of club officers and discuss current and future duties, viewing sites, club loaner scopes, donations, and other equipment, science news, members' observing reports, imaging, or anything anyone wants to share. Club officers will meet early to discuss club business, but anyone is welcome then.
Our meetings are on the second Wednesday of every month and are free of charge and open to the public.
We talk about telescopes, the latest happenings in the night sky, stargazing events and excursions, and may have guest speakers and videos. Bring your cosmic questions, comments, and concerns.

Directions: From Santa Cruz, take highway 17 to Scotts Valley, exit on Mt Hermon road north, turn right on Scotts Valley Drive, then left on Civic Center Drive and the Water District building will be on the right. The entrance to the Santa Margarita Room is around the back side of the building, so use the lower parking lot down in back, next to Scotts Valley drive.
